Founded by Kim Lorenz, a licensed occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience in early childhood development, Grow Well offers personalized therapy sessions that address a range of feeding challenges, including difficulties with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and transitioning to solids. Kim actively seeks continuing education to expand skills and is currently working through lactation consultant training to become an IBCLC. The practice also provides guidance on gross and fine motor development, ensuring infants reach key milestones such as rolling, sitting, and grasping. By thinking outside the box, Grow Well integrates a range of occupational therapy skills not typically found in larger healthcare systems, providing families with more flexible and individualized options. Using alternative approaches that are gentle for both babies and parents, Grow Well incorporates techniques that support natural movement and motor skill progression in a stress-free manner.
